[DMTU-News] Next Meeting

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself to people whom I didn't meet at the meeting on Tuesday (I was the guy with the two kids).  I'm Nate Prentice, and I'm relatively new to the world of fly-fishing.  I look forward to meeting some more of you as time goes on.

Anybody have a spare fly tying kit for the meeting?  I've never tied flies and don't know the first about it.  I wouldn't mind watching some of you guys at it when I come next month.

Hello Members,
 
Due to the first Tuesday of January 2008 falling on New Year's day, we are moving our January meeting to the second Tuesday January 8, 2008.  We will not have a speaker that night, instead we will be starting fly tying classes.  In the past we held fly tying on Tuesday evenings when we did not have scheduled meetings in January and February.  Please feel free to bring your tying kits to the meeting on January 8.
 
Also, the 2008 banquet has been scheduled for Saturday February 23 at the Towne House in Media.  
 
Hope to see everyone at fly tying and the banquet.
