Hello all,

I am re-sending the below message because I haven't received the response I hoped for from the first message.  The picnic is less than two weeks away and we need to have an accurate count of attendees so we can purchase adequate food and drinks to supply our chapter.  For those members who already contacted me, thank you and there is no need to send another confirmation, I have you accounted for.  For those members who have not responded to attending the picnic and plan on attending, please do so as soon as possible.

Members,

On June 3, 2008, DelCo Manning TU Chapter 320 will be holding its final meeting before we break for the summer months.  As is tradition, we will have a picnic at the Delaware County Field and Stream.  The picnic area is just above where we usually meet, follow the road and you will find it.  We would like to get started around 6:00 PM.  The picnic is open to family members and significant others.  I am asking all members who will be attending to e-mail me with a head count to allow us to puchase adequate food and drinks.  I look forward to all members attending, we have a great time at this event every year.
